Arbors Management Services, Inc. is a full service property management
company. We specialize in analyzing your requirements and in structuring a
program to fit your specific needs. Property management is our only
business. We give it expert attention.
Our
services include the fiscal and physical management of residential and
commercial property. We handle all types of communities ranging from
Homeowner and Condominium Associations to rental Apartment Communities and
Commercial and professional office buildings.
Our staff
of licensed professionals includes persons certified by the Institute of
Real Estate Management as Certified Property Managers, and who serve as
officers of the Community Association Institute (CAI). All of our managers
are licensed by the State of Florida as Community Association Managers.

Arbors was organized in 1985 and now represents more than fifteen thousand
owners and investors in properties throughout Florida. Our success has
been based upon the management philosophy that we must provide superior
service to our clients.
